General Questions

What types of events do you specialize in?

We specialize in romantic picnics, unforgettable proposals, and baby milestone photo sessions. Each event is fully customized to your vision and includes complete setup, styling, and cleanup services.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper planning time. For peak seasons or special occasions, earlier booking is preferred.

What areas do you serve?

We serve within 25 miles of Kimberly, ID. Locations beyond this radius may incur a distance-based travel fee. We're happy to discuss your specific location needs.

Booking & Pricing

How does the booking process work?

Simply browse our event types, choose your preferred package, and complete our booking form with your details and preferences. We'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm details and finalize arrangements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure Stripe payment system, or Venmo. Payment is processed during the booking confirmation process.

Are there any additional fees?

Our packages include all setup, styling, and cleanup. Additional fees may apply for locations beyond our 25-mile service area or for custom add-ons not included in your selected package.

Event Details

What happens if it rains?

We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you if bad weather is expected. You can choose to reschedule (subject to availability) or move to an indoor location. We offer free rescheduling for inclement weather, cancellations will still incur our $50 cancellation fee.

Can I customize my event package?

Absolutely! We love bringing your unique vision to life. Our packages serve as starting points, and we can customize colors, themes, decorations, and add-ons to match your preferences perfectly.

How long does setup take?

Setup typically takes 30-60 minutes depending on the package complexity. We arrive early to ensure everything is perfect before your scheduled event time. You'll arrive to a completely ready experience.

Do you provide food and beverages?

Select packages include gourmet food selections and beverages. You can also add charcuterie boards, cakes, and other refreshments through our add-on options, or bring your own items.

Policies & Logistics

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 72 hours in advance for a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and any prepaid vendor fees or services that are non-refundable. Please see our detailed policies page for complete terms.

What if I'm running late?

Your event runs for the scheduled duration regardless of arrival time. If you're more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to begin cleanup. We recommend arriving on time to enjoy your full experience.

Are pets allowed at events?

Pets are welcome at private property events with owner permission. For public spaces, please check local park regulations. Let us know about furry guests when booking so we can plan accordingly!
